Privacy Policy

**Last updated: 8 August 2026

This website is run by me, Sue D Kelly. I take your privacy seriously and I want you to understand exactly what happens with your information when you visit this site or sign up to hear from me.

I have written this policy in plain language because I believe you deserve to understand it without needing a law degree.

What I Collect and Why

When you subscribe to the Weekly Dispatch**

I collect your first name and email address so I can send you my weekly email containing the latest podcast episode, the newest Field Note, and something personal from my week. I also use your email address to send you the free Working Wealth Audit guide when you first subscribe.

When you join the foundation member waitlist

I collect your first name and email address so I can contact you when the community is ready to open. If you choose to answer the optional question about what brought you here, I read your answer personally. It helps me understand what you are looking for and build something that genuinely serves you.

When you visit the website

My hosting provider collects basic anonymous data about site visits — things like which pages are popular, what country visitors are from, and what type of device they are using. No personal information is collected through this. I cannot identify individual visitors from this data.

When you email me

If you email me at sue@suedkelly.com or reply to one of my emails, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to share in your message. I read every email personally and I may keep our correspondence so I can refer back to it if you write again.

When you listen to the podcast

My podcast hosting provider collects anonymous download and listening data — things like how many times an episode has been downloaded, which countries listeners are in, and which apps they use to listen. This data is anonymous. I cannot identify individual listeners.

Who Stores Your Data

I use a small number of trusted services to run this website and communicate with you.

**MailerLite** manages my email list. When you subscribe to the Weekly Dispatch or join the foundation member waitlist, your name and email address are stored securely by MailerLite on my behalf. MailerLite is based in Lithuania and complies with GDPR. You can read their privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

**My website hosting provider** stores the website files and collects the anonymous visitor data described above.

**My podcast hosting provider** stores the podcast audio files and collects the anonymous listening data described above.

I do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracking tools on this website.

What I Do Not Do

I want to be completely clear about this.

I do not sell your data to anyone. Ever. Under any circumstances.

I do not share your data with anyone except the service providers listed above who need it to deliver the services you have signed up for.

I do not send you emails you did not ask for. If you subscribed to the Weekly Dispatch, you receive the Weekly Dispatch. If you joined the foundation member waitlist, you receive waitlist updates. I do not add you to other lists or send you unrelated marketing.

I do not track you across the internet. I do not use retargeting. I do not build advertising profiles. I do not use Facebook pixels or any similar tracking technology.

I do not buy email lists or add anyone to my list who has not signed up themselves.

How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep your email address and name for as long as you remain subscribed to my emails or on the foundation member waitlist. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from my active mailing list. MailerLite may retain a record of your email address in their system to ensure you are not accidentally re-added, in accordance with their data retention policy.

If you email me directly, I may keep our correspondence indefinitely so I can refer back to it if you write again. If you would like me to delete our email correspondence, just ask.

Your Rights

You have clear rights over your data and I will always respect them.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are removed. No guilt. No hoops to jump through. No "are you sure" sequence.

You can ask me to delete all your data. Email me at hello@suedkelly.com and ask me to delete everything I hold about you. I will do it and confirm it is done within 30 days.

You can ask to see what data I hold about you. Email me at hello@suedkelly.com and I will send you a copy of everything I have. I will respond within 30 days.

You can ask me to correct your data. If anything I hold about you is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.

You can complain. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You can contact them at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113. I hope it never comes to that, but the right is yours and I want you to know about it.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies. I have kept them to the minimum necessary. Full details are in the Cookie Policy, which you can find linked in the footer of every page.

In brief: essential cookies make the site work. My hosting provider may set a small number of analytics cookies that collect anonymous data. The embedded podcast player and MailerLite sign-up forms may set their own cookies which I do not control.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings or through the cookie consent banner that appears when you first visit the site.

Changes to This Policy

If I change this privacy policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. If I make a significant change — for example, if I start using a new email service provider — I will let my subscribers know by email.
